Each city-state is a unique entity with its own personality and flavor, and no one embodies the spirt and knowledge of these sprawling urban centers than the draqoman. Whether it is guiding newcomers to the most popular shops, reporting to dune traders on traffic in the caravan lanes of the merchant’s district, or even selling information on the activities of guard patrols to street gangs—the draqoman exceeds the skill and knowledge of nearly every other citizen. These urban seers haunt the gates of the cities, sizing up travelers as they enter and leave. Those expressing unfamiliarity with their surroundings will soon find a draqoman at their side bartering coin, water, lodgings, or favors for their services. Enterprising draqomen speak a variety of langauges in order to gain access to a wider array of clients.

Requirement Light Blade
Effect: You draw a light blade as a free action in your off hand and use it to make the following attack:
Attack: Primary ability vs. Reflex
Hit: 1(W) + primary ability damage and the target grants combat advantage until the start of your next turn.

Effect: Make a Streetwise check, with the DC equal to the Reflex of the target. On a success, the attack instead hits the target with a +4 power bonus to the damage roll.

Effect:
Gain a +4 power bonus to Streetwise till the end of the encounter. While in a skill challenge, you may roll twice, keeping either result, for all Bluff, History, Insight, and Streetwise checks.

Going Above Your Head (11th Level): When you spend an action point to take an extra action, one creature within 5 squares of you that can see and hear you takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls and is slowed until the end of your next turn.

Master of Many Tongues (11th Level): Gain 3 additional languages.

Gifts and Favors (11th Level): Successful Diplomacy, Bluff, and Streetwise checks you make as part of a skill challenge count as two successes

Double Agent (16th Level): Choose a second Patron.

Draqoman Feats

Master of the Streets
Prerequisite:
Draqoman
Benefit: Choose a City State. While in that City State, you make Streetwise and History checks with a +4 feat bonus. Also, you gain a +2 feat bonus to Bluff
Special: You may select this feat multiple times. Each time, select a different city state to apply its benefits to.

Work the Gates
Prerequisite:
Draqoman
Benefit: Gain a + 2 feat bonus to Diplomacy and Bluff while in a City-State, +3 if it is a City-State selected through Master of the Streets.. Also, gain a +2 feat bonus to Thievery.

Size Them Up
Prerequisite:
Draqoman
Benefit: While in a City State, gain +2 to Perception and Insight, +3 if it is a City State selected through Master of the Streets. Also, gain a +2 feat bonus to Initiative
